1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 10bdt platform — including the website at 10bdt.io, any associated mobile interface, and all betting, casino, and account services made available therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 10bdt Privacy Policy and any specific rules applicable to individual games, betting markets, or promotional offers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 10bdt platform and close your account. These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and 10bdt with respect to your use of the service and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

The 10bdt platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register and use the service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, suspended, or self-excluded from 10bdt or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 10bdt or its affiliated service providers.

10bdt reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. This may include a national identification card, passport, birth certificate, or other government-issued document confirming your date of birth. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to 10bdt's satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution and all associated funds held until the matter is resolved.

Any person who provides false information regarding their age during registration commits a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 10bdt reserves the right to void all transactions, cancel all winnings, and close the account without prior notice. 10bdt may also report such incidents to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one and only one registered account on 10bdt. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 10bdt will close all but the earliest verified account without prior notice, and any bonuses or winnings generated through the duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering your 10bdt account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Failure to do so may result in delays in processing withdrawals or verifying your identity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 10bdt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

10bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet registered to your name)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 10bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 10bdt supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the original deposit, unless specifically authorised otherwise by 10bdt's payments team following a formal request. 10bdt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 10bdt accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

10bdt offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only and may be restricted to players from specified regions or to players using specified payment methods.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the wagering period will be removed from the account automatically.

Players who 10bdt reasonably believes are engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering in a manner designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational play — may have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed. Decisions made by 10bdt regarding bonus eligibility and abuse are final.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino, and other gaming activity on 10bdt is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product category. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

6.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where the outcome is known or partially known) will be void and the stake returned. 10bdt reserves the right to cancel or void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical fault or human error.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

6.3 Voided and Disputed Bets

In circumstances where a bet or game round must be voided — including events that are cancelled, postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours, or affected by force majeure — the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 10bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or manipulate account activity
• Colluding with other players, casino staff, or game providers to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in money laundering, using 10bdt as a mechanism to transfer or obscure the origin of funds
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or operating accounts as a third-party agent
• Deliberate exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 10bdt staff or other players via any communication channel
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10bdt, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings resulting from technical faults, system outages, or third-party provider failures
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by payment providers or banking institutions
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 10bdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Amendments and Termination

10bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by email or by a prominent notice displayed on the platform at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

10bdt may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where 10bdt determines in its sole discretion that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to 10bdt, other players, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation. Upon termination for reasons other than a breach on your part, any verified outstanding balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 10bdt operates on a best-efforts basis to provide fair, consistent, and transparent service to all players.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

10bdt's decisions regarding account closures, bonus eligibility, bet settlements, and KYC determinations are final following the completion of the internal dispute resolution process.
